For a Seamless Rental Experience
At Apollo Car Hire, we are committed to offering an exceptional car rental experience, and we believe that clear communication of our expectations ensures a smooth and enjoyable process for both our clients and our team. Client Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
All renters must provide a valid driver’s license from their country of residence. International clients may be required to show an International Driver’s Permit (IDP) depending on local regulations.
Minimum Age Requirement
Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement, which varies depending on the vehicle class. For most luxury and high-performance vehicles, the minimum age is 25 years.
Driving Experience
We require clients have at least two years of driving experience regardless of age, especially when renting high-performance or luxury vehicles such as the Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, or Tesla.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. This ensures the safe return of our vehicles and covers any incidental costs that may arise during the hire period.
Vehicle Use Expectations
Respectful Driving
Our vehicles are meticulously maintained to provide the best driving experience possible. We expect clients to drive responsibly and comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Failure to do so will result in termination of your hire & financial penalties.
Mileage Limitations - Some rentals come with mileage limitations, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges.
Fuel Policy
We provide our vehicles with a full tank of fuel and expect the vehicle to be returned in the same condition. Should the vehicle not be refueled, refueling charges will apply.
No Smoking
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking to maintain the pristine condition of our interiors. A cleaning fee may apply if smoking is detected inside the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition
Our vehicles are provided to you in perfect working condition. We ask that you return them in the same state. Any damage or excessive wear will be subject to additional fees.
